Summer Chic in Shorts

Its supposed to get up to 80 degrees here in Delaware today, WHEW that is a hot Spring day! These high temps have me shoving away my favorite jean capris and looking for shorts to keep me from melting. This outfit is #1 on my list for the upcoming days calling for high temps and high fashion!
